Guangzhou Aerotropolis Development District (GADD) has officially launched an integrated service platform, where entrepreneurs can complete applications for business registration online, and collect all relevant certifications at one single service window offline. The whole process will cost nothing, and be completed within a half day.

The online platform and the service window have been jointly set up by GADD and the market supervision department, taxation bureau and related departments, aiming to improve efficiency and lower costs. The strategy enables people to approach all public service providers including water, electricity and gas more easily.
In addition, GADD is working to improve their multilingual services. It's forming a multilingual service team to offer expats interpretation services in English, Japanese and other languages.
At present, GADD provides access to more than 250 unique administrative services, addressing applications related to land use, construction, environmental protection, tax and more. As of May this year, GADD had already handled more than 4,500 individual applications.
